ANNOUNCE JOINT VENTURE FOR THE EUROPEAN REGION

 

 

Taihan Fibreoptics Co. Ltd. and Optral S.A. announce the establishment of a joint venture called “Taihan Optral Technologies S.L.”, dedicated to the production of TAIHAN optical cables in Spain.

 

This joint venture will bring together both, industry leading knowledge and cutting- edge technology in optical cables and fiber optics manufacturing, reinforcing the specialty of each company.

 

Customers of the European region will benefit from this partnership by being provided with high performance and high-quality fiber optics cables; manufactured in Spain.  This will enable shorter delivery times and more efficient transportation logistics, while each company will follow independent activity in the cable business.

 

Taihan Fiberoptics, founded in South Korea in 1974 is a world’s leading manufacturer of fiber preform, optical

fiber and fiber optic cables. For the past 50 years, Taihan has been supplying key player in telecommunication around the world.

 

Optral is a Spanish company founded in 1988, engaged in design and production of high-performance fiber

optic cables with quality as a main drive.  Optral´s experience allows it to be part in both development and deployment of national and international telecommunications networks.

 

We are confident on the positive impact that this agreement will have upon telecommunications customers.

Taihan Fiberoptics Co. Ltd. y Optral S.A. anuncian la creación de una joint venture denominada “Taihan Optral Technologies S.L.”, dedicada a la producción de cables ópticos TAIHAN en España.

 

Esta joint venture reunirá un conocimiento líder en la industria, así como tecnología punta en la fabricación de cables ópticos y fibra óptica, reforzando la especialidad de cada empresa.

 

Los clientes europeos podrán beneficiarse de esta asociación con el suministro de cables de fibra óptica de alto rendimiento y alta calidad; fabricados en España. Esto permitirá tiempos de entrega más cortos y una logística del transporte más eficiente, mientras que cada empresa seguirá una actividad independiente en el negocio del cable.

 

Taihan Fiberoptics, fundada en Corea del Sur en 1974, es fabricante líder mundial de preformas de fibra, fibras ópticas y Cables de fibra óptica. Durante los últimos 50 años, Taihan ha sido proveedor clave en telecomunicaciones en todo el mundo.

In case there is an obligation of preservation based on other legislation such as the E-commerce Consumer Protection Act, the information will be preserved for a certain period designated by law. Following the date of processing the client’s comments, the information will only be preserved and/or used to investigate financial problems, handle disputes, fulfill legal obligations and manage risks of Taihan Fiberoptics.

Right to refuse collection of personal information and disadvantages when exercising your rights
You have the right to refuse collection and use of personal information. If you refuse collection and use of required information, there may be restrictions when processing the “client’s comments” that you have submitted. If you refuse collection and use of optional information, it may have an impact when handling the “client’s comments.”
