Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information provided to Taihan Fiberoptics Co., Ltd. will be used for the purposes of personal identification, verification of your identity and intent, providing responses to inquiries, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and compiling statistics regarding service usage, in connection with the receipt and processing of Customer Inquiries and Feedback.
Items of Personal Information Collected
1. Required Information
A. Personal identification information: name, email address, company name, and contact information
B. Other information generated through consultations conducted for the processing of Customer Inquiries and Feedback.
2. Optional Information
Information entered in the input form or otherwise provided by the customer, other than personal identification information.
Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information related to the processing of Customer Inquiries and Feedback will be retained and used for the above purposes from the date consent is obtained until the purposes of collection and use have been fulfilled, and such information will be destroyed without undue delay.
However, where retention is required under applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the information will be retained for the period prescribed by such laws.
After completion of the processing of Customer Inquiries and Feedback, the information may continue to be retained and used solely for the following purposes: investigating financial incidents, handling disputes, complying with legal obligations, and conducting risk management activities of Taihan Fiberoptics Co., Ltd.
